is there a way to open my Xbox 360 Wireless Controller without breaking it? the A button is a bit stiff/sticky i guess n i really dont wanna buy a new one ive tried (ok i guess it could b nasty or w/e but thats besides the point) licking it lol it works better for a good 5 min. any help? thnxyes their is a way.it is very easy once you know what your doing.first you need a Torx 8 security bit. then go to the link below. and it will tell you step by step. i opened mine and changed the colors around.i had a black and a white.know the trigger is white the top is white and the battery pack is white the rest- bottom.l and r button and back and pause buttons are black. it is sick.opposite on the other.you can get the screwdriver from amazon.com for about $4 Yes, you need a Torx 8 security bit /driver.
I take mine apart all the time and give it a proper cleaning.
TIP: there's a screw under the silver sticker under where the battery is.
